Advice to Give When Supplying

May cause drowsiness – avoid alcohol and take care when driving or operating machinery.
Do not take with other antihistamines or medications that can cause sedation.
Always follow the correct dosage based on age and weight. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach and sight of children.
Dosage Guidelines:
- Children 1–2 years: Not recommended unless prescribed by a doctor.
- Children 2–5 years: 2.5ml every 4–6 hours (maximum 15ml in 24 hours).
- Children 6–12 years: 5ml every 4–6 hours (maximum 30ml in 24 hours).
- Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml every 4–6 hours (maximum 60ml in 24 hours).

Phenergan Elixir may cause marked drowsiness – avoid alcohol and activities requiring alertness, such as driving or operating machinery.
Do not combine with other sedating medications unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Always use the correct dose based on age and treatment type. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Short-term use only (up to 7 consecutive days). If symptoms persist, consult a GP.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Contains ethanol – keep away from open flames or heat.
Dosage Guidelines (for short-term use):
- Children 2–5 years: 5–15ml as a single dose at night or 5ml up to three times daily.
- Children 5–10 years: 10–25ml at night or 10ml up to three times daily.
- Children over 10 and adults: 25ml at night or 10ml 2–3 times daily.
- Do not use in children under 2 years due to risk of respiratory depression.
