We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we will correct them promptly and notify you if your order is affected.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order up until the point where it is marked as “Approved”. “Approved” means a prescription has been authorised.

Eligibility: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been marked as “Approved”.
Refunds: If you cancel before approval, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 3–5 working days.
Changes: Requests to amend orders (e.g., delivery address or items) must be made as soon as possible. Changes are subject to order status and availability.
Delivery times are estimated at 2–3 working days and may vary depending on location and circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside of our control, such as weather conditions or courier disruptions.
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, strict return and refund rules apply:
Cold Chain Items (e.g., refrigerated medicines such as weight loss pens):
These cannot be returned under any circumstances once dispatched.
They may only be exchanged if received warm due to mishandling by our delivery partner.
To qualify, the product box itself (e.g., the weight loss pen box) must be intact, unopened, and untampered with.
Once the product box has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for exchange or return.
All Other Items:
For patient safety, no returns or refunds are permitted under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
