Active & Inactive Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Gelatin, croscarmellose sodium, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, shellac, titanium dioxide (E171), colouring agents (including iron oxides).

What It’s For

• Sinus pain and pressure
• Headache and fever
• Nasal congestion and blocked sinuses
• Sore throat and general cold & flu symptoms

Directions for Use

• For adults and children aged 16 years and over only.
• Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.
• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
• Use for the shortest time necessary; seek advice if symptoms persist longer than a few days.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any listed ingredients.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, glaucoma, diabetes, or prostate/urinary difficulties.
• Do not take if you are currently using or have recently used (within 14 days) monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
• Not suitable for children under 16 years.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. Overdose requires urgent medical attention even if you feel well.
• Store below 25 °C in the original packaging, away from heat and moisture.

Possible Side Effects

• Nausea, upset stomach, or vomiting
• Increased heart rate or raised blood pressure
• Restlessness, trouble sleeping, or dizziness
• Skin rash, itching, or allergic reaction

Stop taking and seek immediate medical advice if you experience serious allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face or throat.
