Active Ingredients: 100% natural sea water (isotonic solution).
Inactive Ingredients: Purified water.

Directions for Use

• Before first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
• For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:
  • Keep your head straight and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.
  • Press briefly without tilting your head backwards or sniffing.
  • Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
  • Repeat in the other nostril.
• For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities:
  • Tilt your head to one side and gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril.
  • Press the nozzle for 2 to 3 seconds.
  • Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
  • Repeat in the other nostril.
• After each use, clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse, and dry.
• Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as recommended by your doctor.

• For nasal use only.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any other medications.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reactions.
• Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
