Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Chlorphenamine Maleate 2mg per 5ml.
Inactive Ingredients: Sucrose, ethanol, glycerol, citric acid, sodium citrate, colorings (E110), flavorings, and purified water.

Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Use the measuring cup or spoon provided to ensure accurate dosing.
• Children 1–2 years: 2.5ml twice daily.
• Children 2–6 years: 2.5ml every 4–6 hours (max 6 doses/day).
• Children 6–12 years: 5ml every 4–6 hours (max 6 doses/day).
• Adults and children over 12: 10ml every 4–6 hours (max 12 doses/day).
• Do not exceed the stated dose. Follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s advice.

Precautions

• For oral use only. Do not inject or apply externally.
• May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and activities requiring full alertness.
• Do not use in children under 1 year of age.
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
• Avoid use if you have glaucoma, epilepsy, or severe liver conditions unless advised by a healthcare provider.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical help.
