Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Day capsule: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1 mg, Caffeine 25 mg
• Night capsule: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Capsule excipients including gelatin and standard colouring/opaquing agents.

What It’s For

• Headache, body aches, and sore throat
• Fever and chills
• Nasal congestion and sinus pressure
• Daytime tiredness related to colds & flu (day capsules only)

Directions for Use

• Adults and children aged 16 years and over only.
• Day dose: Take 2 day capsules every 4–6 hours as needed (maximum 6 day capsules in 24 hours).
• Night dose: Take 2 night capsules at bedtime.
• Do not exceed 8 capsules in any 24-hour period.
• Swallow whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
• Short-term use only unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use with any other products containing paracetamol.
• Do not take if allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, caffeine, or any listed ingredients.
• Consult a pharmacist or doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, diabetes, prostate/urinary issues, or are taking other medicines (including antidepressants such as MAOIs in the last 14 days).
• Avoid caffeine from other sources when taking day capsules.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention, even if you feel well.
• Store below 25 °C in a dry place in the original packaging.

Possible Side Effects

• Nausea, upset stomach
• Restlessness or insomnia (day capsules)
• Dizziness or palpitations
• Skin rash or allergic reactions

Stop using and seek medical advice if you experience severe reactions such as breathing difficulties, facial swelling, or a widespread rash.

Helpful Info

• Intended for short-term symptomatic relief of cold & flu.
