Active Ingredients (per sachet):

• Paracetamol 1000 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, sucrose, aspartame (E951), sodium citrate, lemon flavouring,
maize starch, saccharin sodium, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), colouring agents.

What It’s For

• Headache, body aches, and sore throat
• Fever and chills
• Blocked nose and sinus congestion
• Cold and flu discomfort during the day

Directions for Use

• For adults and children aged 16 years and over only.
• Empty one sachet into a mug, add hot (not boiling) water, stir until dissolved, and drink warm.
• Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
• Do not use for longer than a few days without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredients in the sachet.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, heart disease,
  diabetes, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating.
• Do not take if you are using monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have used them in the last 14 days.
• Not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
• Seek advice if pregnant or breastfeeding before taking.
• Keep out of reach of children. Immediate medical help is essential in the event of overdose, even if you feel well.
• Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place.

Possible Side Effects

• Nausea, upset stomach, or vomiting
• Difficulty sleeping or restlessness
• Increased heart rate or blood pressure
• Skin rash, itching, or allergic reaction

Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions such as swelling of the face, lips, or throat, or difficulty breathing.
