Active Ingredients (per sachet):

• Paracetamol 1000 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Sugar, citric acid, aspartame (E951), sodium citrate, blackcurrant flavouring, saccharin sodium, maize starch, colouring agents.

What It’s For

• Headache, aches and pains, sore throat
• Fever and chills
• Blocked nose and sinus congestion
• General cold and flu discomfort

Directions for Use

• For adults and children aged 16 years and over only.
• Empty one sachet into a mug, add hot (not boiling) water, stir until fully dissolved, and drink warm.
• Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as required.
• Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
• Short-term use only. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other listed ingredients.
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, glaucoma, diabetes, or difficulty urinating.
• Do not take if you are using monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have used them in the past 14 days.
• Not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. Overdose can be serious — seek urgent medical help immediately, even if you feel well.
• Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place.

• Skin rash, itching, or allergic reactions

Stop use and seek immediate medical advice if you experience severe allergic reactions, breathing difficulties, or swelling of the face and throat.
