It delivers real-time glucose readings every minute directly to your compatible smartphone (via the LibreLink app) for up to 14 days of wear.
Optional high/low alerts help you act quickly, while the tiny profile sits discreetly on the upper arm. The sensor is water-resistant for everyday activities and designed to minimise routine finger-pricks*.

Directions for Use

Apply the sensor to the back of the upper arm, avoiding scars, tattoos, or irritated skin. Clean the site with an alcohol wipe and let it dry completely.
Use the single-use applicator to insert and attach the sensor, then activate it in the FreeStyle LibreLink app (or compatible reader, where available).
After a ~60-minute warm-up, you’ll receive continuous readings and can set optional alerts. Wear each sensor for up to 14 days; replace when the wear period ends or if adhesion fails.
If symptoms don’t match the reading, confirm with a finger-prick test and follow your care team’s advice.

Precautions

Single-patient, single-use device—do not reuse the sensor or applicator. For external use only; do not manipulate the filament after insertion.
Avoid lotions, oils, or sunscreen under the adhesive as they may reduce adhesion. The sensor is water-resistant; connectivity may be reduced underwater.
If the sensor loosens or detaches, replace it—do not tape over the site. Keep out of reach of children; seek medical advice if the device is swallowed or the filament is dislodged.
Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, have sensitive skin, or use substances/medications (e.g., high-dose vitamin C) that may affect readings.
Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience significant skin irritation, infection, bleeding, or consistently unexpected results.
Follow professional guidance for medical procedures; remove the sensor only if instructed by your clinician.
