Directions for Use

Apply the sensor to the back of the upper arm, avoiding scars, tattoos, or irritated skin. Clean the site with an alcohol wipe and let it dry.
Use the applicator to insert and attach the sensor, then activate it through the FreeStyle LibreLink app or compatible reader.
After a 60-minute warm-up, the sensor begins providing real-time glucose readings and optional alarms.
Each sensor lasts up to 15 days and should be replaced once the wear period ends.
Confirm readings with a finger-prick test if symptoms don’t match or during rapid glucose changes, as advised by your healthcare team.

Precautions
