Ingredients

Active Components: Medical-grade sensor filament, adhesive patch, integrated transmitter connector.
Inactive Materials: Hypoallergenic adhesive, protective packaging materials, sterilization components.

Directions for Use

• Wash and dry your hands before handling the sensor.
• Choose a clean, dry area on the abdomen (or approved site) for insertion.
• Prepare the skin with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry fully.
• Insert the Dexcom ONE+ Sensor according to the user guide or healthcare provider’s advice.
• Attach the compatible Dexcom transmitter to the sensor once applied.
• Use the Dexcom ONE+ app to start the session and begin glucose monitoring.
• Each sensor is designed for up to 10 days of continuous wear, unless otherwise advised.

Precautions

• For single use only. Do not reuse sensors.
• Avoid inserting the sensor into areas with scarring, tattoos, or irritation.
• Do not place near insulin injection sites to avoid inaccurate readings.
• Keep away from children. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• If skin irritation, redness, or swelling occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• Not intended for patients under 2 years of age unless prescribed by a healthcare professional.
• Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have known adhesive allergies.
