Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Beclometasone dipropionate (50 micrograms per spray).
Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, glucose anhydrous, polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride, phenylethyl alcohol, purified water.

Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle gently before each use.
• Remove the protective cap.
• Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down several times until a fine spray appears.
• For adults aged 18 years and over: Administer two sprays into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening).
• Once symptoms are under control, the dose may be reduced to one spray into each nostril twice daily.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of four sprays into each nostril.
• Use regularly for optimal results. Full therapeutic benefit may take a few days to develop.

Precautions

• For nasal use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use if you are allergic to beclometasone dipropionate or any other ingredients of this medicine.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have an infection in your nose or sinuses, have recently had nasal surgery or injury, or have ulcers in your nose.
• If symptoms do not improve after 14 days, or if they worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not use continuously for more than 3 months without consulting your doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical help immediately.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any side effects such as nosebleeds, nasal irritation, or allergic reactions.

Additional Information

• Beconase Aqueous Nasal Spray is used to prevent and treat seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and perennial allergic rhinitis, including symptoms such as sneezing, itchy and runny nose, and nasal congestion.
• The active ingredient, beclometasone dipropionate, is a corticosteroid that has anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce swelling and irritation in the nasal passages.
• Regular use as directed provides effective relief from allergy symptoms.
• Do not use on broken or irritated nasal mucosa unless advised by a healthcare provider.
• Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen despite treatment.
