At YourPharmacy, we strive to make your online shopping experience seamless. Once you select the desired products and complete the consultation form, your order will be reviewed and approved by our expert consultation team. Upon approval, orders will be dispatched and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that weekends and bank holiday are considered non-business days, and deliveries will not occur or be counted as part of the delivery timeframe on these days.
We currently ship exclusively within the UK and we cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK including the EU. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Weight Loss Treatments
Orders for weight loss treatments are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This services includes full tracking, allowing you to follow your medication from our pharmacy to your doorstep.
All Other Medications (Creams, Tablets, etc.)
These may be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24. For our standard 2–3 day delivery option, orders may be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Some items may arrive sooner depending on the service used.
NHS Prescriptions
These “orders” will be sent via our Standard Delivery Option of Tracked 48

If you have not received your items within the expected delivery timeframe, please take the following steps:
– If you live or work in a shared building, check with the reception or office to see if your parcel has been delivered there.
– If you were unavailable at the time of delivery, check for a card left by the delivery driver or confirm if the parcel was left with a neighbor.
– If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to us for further assistance.
Claims for lost or incorrectly delivered items can only be made after 15 working days from the postage date. In the rare event that a parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will not be able to re-dispatch or process a refund until the 15-day period has passed.
