Delivery Information

After you select your products and complete the consultation form, our clinical team reviews your order. Once approved, we dispatch using the services listed below.

We dispatch Monday to Thursday. To receive a delivery on Saturday, you must select DPD Next Day Saturday at checkout.

If you choose DPD Next Day Saturday during the week, your order will be held and dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday (postcode exceptions may apply).

Non-Business Days

Weekends and bank holidays are non-business days. Deliveries will not occur on these days and they do not count towards quoted timeframes.

International Orders

We ship within the UK only. We cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK, including the EU.

Order Tracking & Services

Weight Loss Treatments

England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands): DPD Next Day — aims for next working day after dispatch, or DPD Next Day Before 12 — aims for next working day morning delivery. Both are fully tracked.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland: DPD Two-Day Shipping — aims for delivery within 2 working days after dispatch (fully tracked). These parcels are packed with additional insulation and ice packs.

Important: “DPD Next Day” refers to the courier service level, not guaranteed next-day dispatch. We aim to turn orders around quickly, but dispatch may be delayed by prescriber communications, bank holidays, or seasonal holiday periods.

All Other Medications (creams, tablets, etc.)

England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands): DPD Next Day — aims for next working day after dispatch, DPD Next Day Before 12 — aims for next working day morning delivery, or Royal Mail Tracked 48 — aims for 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland: Typically sent via DPD Two-Day Shipping — aims for delivery within 2 working days after dispatch or Royal Mail Tracked 48 — aims for 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the product.

Saturday Delivery

DPD Next Day Saturday — dispatches on Friday for delivery on Saturday (fully tracked; postcode exceptions may apply).

Delivery times are estimates based on courier guidelines and local conditions. If you select DPD Next Day Saturday, dispatch will occur on Friday for Saturday delivery. Some postcodes are excluded from Saturday services.

NHS Prescriptions

Sent via our standard service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — aims for 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Safe-Place Restrictions

Chilled (fridge) items must not be left in a safe place under any circumstances.
Any parcel sent via DPD Next Day services (including Before 12 and Saturday) must not be left in a safe place. A successful handover is required.

These rules protect cold‑chain integrity and patient safety and are in line with professional standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

If Your Order Is Delayed

In shared buildings, check with reception/office for held parcels.
If you were out, look for a delivery card or check if it was left with a neighbour (where permitted).
If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Lost or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Claims can be made 7 working days after the postage date. We can’t re-dispatch or refund before this period.
If a parcel was left in a safe place nominated by you or by the courier (Royal Mail or DPD), we can’t accept liability for any losses or damage to the product(s). Note: Safe-place deliveries are not permitted for chilled items or any DPD Next Day service.
After dispatch, any redirections or safe-place instructions must be arranged by you with Royal Mail or DPD (where allowed).

Cancellations Policy

Eligibility

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched.
Dispatched or processed orders can’t be cancelled. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for options.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Prescription‑only items or products specially prepared/personalised for you can’t be cancelled once ordered.
Perishable or temperature‑sensitive items can’t be cancelled once dispatched.
