Active Ingredients (per caplet):

• Aspirin 300 mg
• Paracetamol 200 mg
• Caffeine 45 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Maize starch, alginic acid, povidone, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), hypromellose, propylene glycol.

What It’s For

• Headaches and migraines
• Muscular aches and back pain
• Period pain and toothache
• Rheumatic pain and neuralgia
• Cold and flu symptoms, including fever and sore throat

Directions for Use

• For adults and children aged 16 years and over.
• Take 2 caplets every 4 hours as needed.
• Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.
• Swallow whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
• For short-term use only. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
• Not suitable for children under 16 years due to the risk of Reye’s syndrome.
• Do not take if you have stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, severe liver or kidney disease, or are allergic to aspirin or NSAIDs.
• Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, asthmatic, or taking other medication (e.g. anticoagulants).
• Limit intake of caffeine from other sources while using this medicine.
• Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Possible Side Effects

• Upset stomach, nausea, or heartburn
• Dizziness or difficulty sleeping (due to caffeine)
• Allergic skin reactions such as rash or itching
• In rare cases, stomach bleeding or serious allergic reactions

Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you experience breathing difficulties, facial swelling, or signs of stomach bleeding (black stools or vomiting blood).
