Active & Inactive Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Ibuprofen 200 mg
• Paracetamol 500 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, macrogol.

• Muscle aches, back pain, and joint pain

• Dental pain and neuralgia
• Cold and flu symptoms including fever
• Inflammation and pain from sprains or strains

Directions for Use

• For adults aged 18 years and over only.
• Take 1–2 tablets every 6 hours as required.
• Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
• Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not take with any other medicines containing ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
• Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years.
• Do not use if you have a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, or are allergic to NSAIDs.
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, asthmatic, or taking other medication (e.g. blood thinners, steroids, antihypertensives).
• Do not exceed the stated dose — overdose of paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 °C.

Possible Side Effects

• Upset stomach, nausea, or indigestion
• Dizziness, headache, or tiredness
• Skin rash or allergic reactions
• In rare cases, serious gastrointestinal bleeding or severe allergic responses

Stop taking immediately and seek urgent medical advice if you experience breathing difficulties, swelling of the face/throat, severe skin reactions, or signs of stomach bleeding.
