Panadol Extra Soluble Tablets – Paracetamol + Caffeine (24 Tablets)
Fast-acting soluble pain relief with added caffeine for extra strength. Panadol Extra Soluble Tablets combine paracetamol and caffeine to help relieve headaches, migraines, toothache, period pain, and cold & flu symptoms.
Active & Inactive Ingredients
Active Ingredients (per tablet):
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Caffeine 65 mg
Inactive Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, povidone, sodium benzoate, aspartame (E951), sodium carbonate, citric acid, and other soluble excipients.
What It’s For
- Headaches and migraines
- Toothache and dental pain
- Period pain and cramps
- Back pain, muscular aches, and rheumatic pain
- Cold and flu symptoms, including sore throat and fever
Directions for Use
- For adults and children aged 16 years and over.
- Dissolve 2 tablets fully in a glass of water and drink immediately.
- Take every 4–6 hours as required.
- Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours.
- For short-term use only. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
Precautions & Warnings
- Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
- Exceeding the stated dose may cause serious liver damage.
- Contains caffeine — avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee, or energy drinks while using this product.
- Do not take if allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any other listed ingredients.
- Consult a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney problems, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medicines.
- Not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
- Store below 25 °C in a dry place, away from heat and moisture.
Possible Side Effects
- Nausea or upset stomach
- Difficulty sleeping, nervousness, or irritability (from caffeine)
- Skin rash or mild allergic reactions
- Very rare: severe skin reactions or blood disorders
Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience allergic reactions such as swelling of the face or throat, breathing difficulties, or severe rash.
