Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate 0.05% w/w (50 micrograms per actuation).
Inactive Ingredients: Dispersible cellulose (microcrystalline cellulose and carmellose sodium), glycerol, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.

Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle gently before each use.
• Remove the protective cap.
• Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down 10 times or until a fine spray appears. If the spray has not been used for 14 days or longer, re-prime the pump with 2 actuations until a uniform spray is observed.
• For adults aged 18 years and over: Administer two sprays into each nostril once daily (total daily dose: 200 micrograms). Once symptoms are controlled, the dose may be reduced to one spray into each nostril once daily (total daily dose: 100 micrograms).
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of two sprays into each nostril.
• Use regularly for optimal results. Full therapeutic benefit may not be achieved in the first 48 hours; continuous use is recommended to achieve full benefit.

Precautions

• For nasal use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use if you are allergic to mometasone furoate or any of the other ingredients.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have an infection in your nose or sinuses, have recently had nasal surgery or injury, or have ulcers in your nose.
• If symptoms do not improve after 14 days, or if they worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not use continuously for more than 3 months without consulting your doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical help immediately.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any side effects such as nosebleeds, nasal irritation, or allergic reactions.
