Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Olopatadine hydrochloride (600 micrograms per spray), Mometasone furoate monohydrate (25 micrograms per spray).
Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, disodium edetate, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, purified water.

Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Remove the protective cap.
• Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down 6 times until a fine mist appears. If the spray has not been used for 14 days or more, re-prime with 2 sprays until a fine mist is observed.
• For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: Administer two sprays into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening).
• Use regularly for optimal results. Maximum benefit may require several days of continuous treatment.

Precautions

• For nasal use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use if you are allergic to olopatadine hydrochloride, mometasone furoate, or any other ingredients of this medicine.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have had recent nasal sores, nasal surgery, or nasal injury.
• If symptoms do not improve after 14 days, or if they worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not use continuously for more than 3 months without consulting your doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical help immediately.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any side effects such as nosebleeds, nasal discomfort, or allergic reactions.
