Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle vigorously before use.
• Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
• Remove the cap and prime the pump if necessary.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril, tilt your head slightly forward, and spray while breathing in gently.
• Repeat for the other nostril.
• Use 1-2 sprays per nostril, 2-3 times a day (up to 6 hours of relief).
