Directions for Use

  • Shake the bottle gently before use.
  • Blow your nose to clear nasal passages.
  • Adults and children over 12 years: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications per day in each nostril.
  • Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
  • If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

  • Do not use if you have had recent nasal surgery or have dry nasal inflammation (rhinitis sicca).
