Nizoral Shampoo

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Ketoconazole 2%

Inactive Ingredients: Sodium lauryl ether sulfate, disodium monolauryl ether sulfate, laurdimonium hydrolyzed collagen, macrogol 120 methyl glucose dioleate, sodium chloride, imidurea, hydrochloric acid, erythrosine (E127), and purified water.

Directions for Use

• Apply a small amount to wet hair and scalp.
• Massage gently into the scalp and leave on for 3-5 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water.
• Use twice weekly for up to 4 weeks, then as needed to prevent dandruff recurrence.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If shampoo gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• For external use only.
• Do not use if allergic to ketoconazole or any of the ingredients.
• Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
• Keep out of reach of children.
