Product Description: Epimax ExCetra Cream is a high-lipid moisturiser formulated to hydrate, soothe, and protect dry and eczema-prone skin. Its rich composition locks in moisture, providing lasting relief from dryness and irritation. Suitable for daily use, it can also serve as a gentle cleanser when used in the bath or shower.

Ingredients

• White Soft Paraffin (13.2% w/w): An emollient that forms a barrier on the skin, preventing moisture loss.
• Liquid Paraffin (10.5% w/w): A moisturizing agent that softens and hydrates the skin.
• Emulsifying Wax (SLS Free): Facilitates the blending of oil and water components, ensuring a smooth cream consistency.
• Glycerol: A humectant that attracts water to the skin, maintaining hydration.
• Cetostearyl Alcohol: An emulsifier and thickening agent that enhances the cream’s texture.
• Phenoxyethanol: A preservative that prevents microbial growth, extending the product’s shelf life.
• Ethylhexylglycerin: A skin-conditioning agent and preservative booster.
• Citric Acid Monohydrate: Used to adjust the cream’s pH to match that of the skin.
• Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate: A buffering agent that maintains the cream’s stability and pH balance.

Suggested Directions of Use
