Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Norethisterone 5 mg per tablet.
Inactive Ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate.

Directions for Use

• Take one 5 mg tablet three times daily, preferably swallowed whole with water.
• Use with food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset.
• Continue for as prescribed by your healthcare provider (usually during the luteal phase of menstrual cycle).
• To restart a normal cycle, stop taking tablets on the last day and expect withdrawal bleeding within 2–3 days.
• For missed doses, take as soon as remembered—unless you’re within 3 hours of the next dose. Do not double dose.
• Use consistently at roughly the same times each day for effectiveness.

Precautions

• For oral use only.
• Avoid if you have a history of blood clots, severe liver disease, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or hormone-sensitive cancers.
• If you experience prolonged bleeding, severe headaches, vision changes, or leg pain/swelling—stop use and seek medical evaluation.
• Inform your doctor if pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek immediate medical assistance or contact a poison centre.
• Stop use immediately if allergic reactions occur (rash, itching, swelling).
