Affiliate Discount Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Code: The codes used by the affiliates provides a discount applicable to all weight loss product lines offered by YourPharmacy, with the exception Mounjaro 15mg, which is excluded from this promotion.

2. Availability: This offer is subject to availability. YourPharmacy reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

3. Usage Limit: The discount code may be used on a maximum of 2 items.  Multiple uses or attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in order cancellation.

4. Abuse Policy: YourPharmacy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are deemed to be abusing the offer. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts or other tactics intended to exploit the discount.

5. Non-Transferable: The affiliate coupon codes is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By using the code, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7. The affiliates may receive a commision for the success of an order.
8. Subject to eligibility – The prescribers at YourPharmacy are responsible for the safe presribing of weight loss medications, hence to be eligible for this offer you must meet out internal prescribing criteria. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (with full refund)
